40 fully funded consultations — supporting 10 organizations, 20 people, and 10 entities.
III. WHY WE'RE DOING THIS
Art Fuller's AI consulting work is so efficient that he now earns in 7 days what would normally take 26 days in a regular workforce job. He is using those extra days — together with Voice Up's leadership team and talented interns — to give back.
Art wants to start with communities that are often left out of new technology like AI — communities that are the least aware of these tools, the least informed about what AI can do, and the least engaged by programs built for them.
Every community deserves a chance to use new tools to help their neighbors, not just the communities that already have access. This program is how Voice Up puts that belief into action.

The extra days go directly back to the community — powering free AI consultation for nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
I. ABOUT VOICE UP
Voice Up Publishing, Inc. was started in November 2024 by Art Fuller with no funding, no staff, and no office — just a prayer walk. Everything described here has grown from that one simple beginning.
Voice Up's mission is simple: we believe that everyone's life experience has real value, and that this value can change lives — their own, and the people around them.
Voice Up's story starts with a woman named Mary Douglass, Art Fuller's grandmother. Born in 1920, during a time when she was only allowed to attend school about three months a year because of the color of her skin, she still built a strong life and passed down faith, strength, and purpose to her family. Art calls people like her a "Titan of Life."
That same idea connects to Juneteenth. On June 19, 1865, enslaved people in Texas learned they had already been free for two and a half years. The freedom was real before anyone told them. That gap — between something already being true and someone finding out — is at the heart of why Voice Up exists.

II. OUR FIVE PRINCIPLES
All Are Welcome
No one builds something great alone. When we welcome others in, we build something that can carry purpose further than any one person could alone.
These five principles guide how Voice Up works with every student, every partner, and now, every charity we serve through this program. All nominations are evaluated against these values — strong nominees reflect them in their daily work.

SELECTION CRITERIA
For the Nonprofit Track, we judge each charity on four things. Every nomination is reviewed personally by the Voice Up team.
Track Record
Has this charity done real, lasting good work in their community?
Vision
Does this charity have a clear idea of what they want to do with AI?
Reach
Does this charity serve a community that is often overlooked?
Collaboration
Is this charity open to learning from, and working with, other charities?
EXAMPLES OF WHAT THIS CAN LOOK LIKE
Help your organization figure out its vision for AI
Build AI programs centered on students and career skills
Train team members to enter the field of AI consulting
Streamline your organization's systems and daily operations
Write ethical guidelines for AI usage and related policies
Find and apply for funding to grow and scale your ideas
Voice Up's founder has spent over a decade writing and winning grants for schools and health organizations — including large, multi-year awards from the U.S. Department of Education, SAMHSA, and the Gates Foundation. Selected charities can use this same experience.
VI. PRIORITIES FOR CONSIDERATION
We are prioritizing nonprofits, NGOs, and entrepreneurs that focus on the following areas. That said, all ideas are open for consideration — if a nominee's work serves a community in need, we want to hear about it.
Raising awareness about mental and behavioral health, especially among children and communities with limited access.
Supporting the decisions of first-generation college learners at the undergraduate and graduate level.
Helping teens and youth prepare for careers in the global AI economy.
Supporting families that are single-parent households.
Supporting small business entrepreneurs.
Supporting children and teens whose parents are incarcerated.
Supporting children and teens that are in orphanages.
Supporting children and teens that are part of the juvenile justice system.
Supporting children and teens that have experienced trauma.
We will provide extended AI consultation, no strings attached. Just follow the nomination process for their consideration.
We will select up to five charities, up to 10 entrepreneurs, and up to an additional 5 mom-and-pop shops — based on their track record and their vision regarding what they would like to do with AI for the betterment of their communities. These initiatives can take place anywhere in the world.
IV. THE TEAM
Each member of this initiative's leadership team brings a specific, documented background that directly complements what a free AI consultation can offer — from federal grant management and clinical licensing to data infrastructure and faith-based program leadership. Select any name to read their bio, then click "View Full Profile" for a detailed page.
All backgrounds are drawn from Voice Up's internal records of each individual's documented work and credentials. Prepared by Art Fuller, Founder & President/CEO, Voice Up Publishing, Inc.
VII. NOMINATION FORM
Anyone, anywhere can nominate a nonprofit, entrepreneur, or small business. Self-nominations are welcome — no middleman needed. We will review every nomination and contact the nominees we choose directly.
Nominations must align with our core principles.
All nominations are evaluated against Voice Up's five core values: Collaboration, Humility, Precision, Patience, and Empathy. Strong nominations clearly demonstrate how the nominee embodies these principles in their work and mission.
Learn about our five principlesOur commitment goes beyond the selection.
Even if a nominee isn't selected, Voice Up is committed to helping them secure additional funding through grant writing, fundraising support, and innovative partnerships. All options are on the table. Our mission is to connect as many people as possible to the power of connecting to purpose — and that starts the moment you submit a nomination.
